Equipment Introduction:
Aseptic bag filling liquid generally adopts flow metering method. Aseptic bags can also be accurately metered and filled with honey, syrup, concentrated juice, sauce, shampoo, shower gel and other pastes or fluid materials by rotor pump and weighing method.
Operation Process:
Manual bagging to the card position → start the switch → automatic capping by the robot → automatic quantitative filling (vacuuming or adding nitrogen) → automatic screwing (pressing) cap → manual bagging → packing
