Process flow: After the empty barrel is automatically delivered in place, the large flow rate filling begins. When the filling volume reaches the target volume of coarse filling, the large flow rate is closed, and the small flow rate filling begins. After reaching the target value of fine filling, the valve body is closed in time.

After the empty barrel enters the filling room, the visual camera takes a picture and locates the barrel mouth. After completing the positioning, the filling actuator will open the lid, peel, fill, and re-inspect in turn. If the weight is lower than the target, it automatically refills.
At the labeling station, the camera takes a picture to give the labeling position of the barrel body, and the barrel body is labeled by the robot accurately.
The materials are automatically delivered to the designated location for horizontal strapping.
