The machine is auto-liquid filling equipment combined with filling, plug inserting and cap screwing in one unit. The bottles are fed into a bottle unscrambler, rotated, and outputted into the filling machine.

• Sensors inspect the feeding bottle; if the count is below the fixed amount, the machine stops filling.
• Rotating disc sensors ensure "no bottle, no filling" to prevent waste.
• Automatic plug inserting is achieved immediately after filling.
• Image sensors detect defects (no insert, no cap, or crooked capping) and reject them to a dedicated bin.
