Semi-automatic double-head submersible liquid filling machine
The semi-automatic double-head submersible liquid filling machine is specially designed for small-batch and high-demand liquids (such as essential oils, reagents, and high-value chemicals). The two working positions are independently controlled, and the filling nozzle submerges to the bottom of the bottle for filling, effectively preventing splashing and foaming. It adopts a high-precision servo control system to achieve a filling accuracy of ±0.5%. The corrosion-resistant flow channels are suitable for strong acidic and alkaline liquids. The parameters are set through a touch screen, and it is started by a foot pedal, with a filling speed of 15-30 bottles per minute. It meets the precise and safe filling requirements for small-batch, multi-variety, and highly corrosive liquids, and is flexible to operate.
