This machine is the main filling machine in liquid production line, in line with GMP requirements. Made of high quality 304 stainless steel material, contact materials can be made of 316 stainless steel according to customer requirements.

The machine can be used in liquid and dilute viscous filling operation, suitable for all kinds of round and flat bottles and other special-shaped bottles. This machine adopts linear motion method, based on a PLC design logic controller and various detection sensors and cylinder charges to achieve automatic control. Features include: bottle filling detection (no bottle no filling), no bubble filling, and no drip operation. It utilizes an advanced touch-type operation screen for simple operation and cost-effectiveness across different container filling tasks.
