Q3: What if we don't know how to operate the machine?
A: We provide an operation manual and video demonstrations with the machine. Our after-sales group is also available to assist.
Q4: How can I get spare parts?
A: We include extra sets of wear parts (like O-rings). During the 1-year warranty, non-artificial damaged spares are sent free of charge.
Q5: What are the payment terms?
A: Typically 30% T/T deposit in advance, and 70% balance against copy of B/L. LC and Western Union are also acceptable.
Q6: What is the MOQ and warranty period?
A: The Minimum Order Quantity is 1 set. The standard warranty is 12 months, with some customized products up to 24 months.
