This equipment is developed exclusively on the basis of digesting and absorbing domestic and international pop can filling and seaming machines. It adopts the normal pressure filling principle. After passing through the dialing wheel, the empty can enters the lift can supporting disc, and the filling valve aligns with the empty can for sealing. Meanwhile, the valve port of the filling valve is automatically opened. The can is then conveyed to the sealing machine head by the hook chain. The cap is applied, pre-sealed, and finally real-sealed. After sealing, the can is pushed out by the beating head mechanism and enters the discharging procedure.
The machine adopts a PLC, frequency converter, and human-machine interface controlling system. It features advanced technologies such as frequency control and "no can, no filling" protection. Production rates and quantities are displayed on the touch screen via integrated sensors. All malfunctions are easily identifiable via the screen, and key electric/pneumatic components are from famous imported brands.
