The machine adopts PLC programmable control, which is a complex system composed of optics, mechanics, electricity, sensors and pneumatics. The plunger pump is driven by a servo motor, which can be set for high-speed and low-speed filling. When the filling volume reaches the bottle mouth, it will automatically start filling at a low speed to prevent liquid from overflowing.
The machine adopts 304 stainless steel frame, which is beautiful and generous; the production speed of the machine is adjustable by frequency conversion, which is beneficial to supporting various production lines. It is an ideal choice for large and medium-sized packaging workshops.
