The fully automatic tracking filling machine adopts the plunger quantitative filling principle. Bottle entry, bottle positioning, filling and bottle discharging are all automatically controlled by PLC and complies with GMP standards. It is suitable for liquid paste filling in medicine, food, daily chemicals, pesticides and fine chemicals. At the filling station of the filling machine, since the bottles are transported forward without stopping, the tracking filling component is required to be able to realize the four functional actions of tracking descent and insertion into the bottle mouth, tracking filling, rapid rise, and rapid return. Each functional movement can be decomposed into horizontal tracking movements and vertical lifting movements, and the four functional movements constitute a movement cycle.
