Blowing-Filling-Capping Monoblock
This high-technology blowing-filling-capping machine is used in the beverage business for drinking water, juice, and carbonated drinks. This combiblock consists of a blowing unit, filling unit, and capping unit. With the synthetic application of electricity, mechanics, and pneumatics, and synchro controlled by a servo system, it is applicable for the integrated control of several equipment and the whole production process.
Adopts standardized preform feed-in where preforms go through an elevator to the unscrambler. Preforms are automatically sorted by two inclined revolving cylinders. The process is fully automatic with high efficiency and no scratches.
The heating unit ensures the preforms reach the optimal temperature for blowing, maintaining consistency across the production cycle.
Special manipulators deliver heated preforms to moulds. After stretch pre-blow, high-pressure compressed air blows the preforms into bottles.
Bottles are transported to the filler via starwheel. The filler adopts a gravity filling method. Bottle mouths rise to open filling valves, and filling stops once the air return hole is plugged.
Bottles enter the capper via transition starwheel. The anti-rotation knife keeps bottles vertical. Capping heads perform the gripping, sleeving, and screwing actions to finish the course.
