High-Accuracy Oil Filling Equipment
The GYHW series features weighing sensors with high accuracy and is specially designed for edible oil filling and capping. Equipped with rotary transmission, PLC control, and frequency adjusters for speed management, this system is innovated based on advanced international technology. It offers a reasonable structure, safe operation, and easy maintenance, making it an ideal choice for liquid producers.
The bottle entry uses a stainless steel conveyor belt with a screw shaft connection. All 304/316 stainless steel rinse heads feature rubber holding parts and a water spray injection design to minimize water consumption while ensuring thorough cleaning. The gripper includes a plastic pad to prevent bottle damage.
The filling structure is designed to eliminate hygiene dead angles, ensuring stable operation. It features automatic liquid level control. The filling valve lift is managed by a valve elevator; filling begins immediately upon contact with the bottleneck.
Flip (Press-on) Capper: The capping cam is forged from 45# high-quality carbon steel, machined for precision, and heat-treated for durability.
Screw Capper: Equipped with a reverse cap stop and pick-out mechanism. A photocell switch ensures the capper stops automatically if the chute is empty.
