Mainly the filling machine is from the filing urn and the filling valve. After can is washed, it is transferred to the filling machine through the middle spider. The star wheel will stuck can and sent them into the filling machine. The base will support the can to rotate around the filling machine.
This canning filler uses float-ball cylinder type volumetric filling, controlled with electronic valve to ensure accuracy (difference < ±1ml). Filling volume can be adjusted on line without shutdown. Equipped with cleaning cups for CIP circulation rinsing.
Composed of frame, slide way, cap screwing device, and transmission. The four small rolls rotate and press the cap. When there is a can on the convey belt, a cap moves down with the rotating head and screws onto the can mouth accurately.
