Automatic Mineral Pure Bottle Drinking Water Washing Filling Bottling Capping Machine
Our machine is designed for the production of bottled mineral water, purified water, alcoholic beverages, and other non-gas liquids. This complete water bottling plant is compatible with PET and PE plastic bottles ranging from 200ml to 2000ml with minimal changeover required. Different models satisfy output requirements from 1,000 to 24,000 bottles per hour.
This model is ideal for low to middle capacity factories, offering low investment costs, low utility consumption, and a compact footprint. It integrates washing, filling, and capping functions seamlessly, utilizing an advanced Mitsubishi PLC and frequency converters for stable, reliable, and highly automated operation.
