This is a newly developed inline piston filling machine for cream and liquid. It adopts PLC and touch screen control panel for material management. It is characterized by accurate measuring, advanced structure, stable operating, low noise, large adjusting range, and fast filling speed.
It is suitable for filling easy volatilization, easy bubbly liquid, strong corrosive liquid for rubber/plastic, and high viscosity semi-liquids. The external surface is made of excellent stainless steel, complying with GMP standards.

Bottle caps automatically enter the slot via a cap-pulling device. The machine is adjustable to fit various bottle volumes and cap types (screw/pressing), offering high efficiency and low bottle breakage rates.
